Exhibition Show Friday July 4th – Limited Events

Rules for Participation

Pits & Registration: 1.Anyone wishing to enter the restricted pit area must be at least 14 years old. 2. Those under 18 are required to have a minor release form filled out, signed by both parents and notarized before entering restricted pit area. 3. Must have valid ID with you!! 4. Minor release form can be found @ stateparkspeedway.com under the rules section. 5. Anyone entering the pit area will be required to pay the $20.00 pit fee. 6. Drivers must attend the drivers meeting. 7. Each driver will be allowed to enter up to three classes. 8. Length of race per class and car counts per class will be determined after registration closes.

Vehicles & Safety: 1.Full size trucks, vans, or SUVs will not be allowed to compete with smaller vehicles. 2. All events will be run separately. 3. All vehicles must have seat belt with shoulder and lap belt. (Racing harnesses highly recommended) 4. Long pants and long sleeves required.

(Racing suit highly recommended)(Driving gloves highly recommended)(Fire extinguisher highly recommended)

(Highly recommend gas tank be relocated)

5. Vehicles must be built in a safe manner. (Roll cage highly recommended) 6. All glass to be removed except windshield. 7. No exterior mirrors or trim. 8. No antifreeze allowed. 9. All vehicles must have a number painted on them. 10. All vehicles will be inspected and approved before show.

Trailer Race Rules: 1.All trailers must be hitched to vehicle by trailer hitch. 2. No Safety Chains. 3. All garbage must be out of boats and trailers. 4. Heavy wire or netting must be over windshield and drivers window. 5. No motors on boats. 6. No trailers over 8 feet wide or less than 4 feet wide.

Burnout Contest: 1.Street cars only. 2. Time limit 30 seconds and must not sit in place, must continue to move.

All Participants must wear helmets !!
