Super Late Models
The Super Late Models are
back at State Park Speedway! After a five-year absence, these
high-powered machines returned on a weekly basis in 2006 and race with
the popular Limited Late Model cars. These cars can turn laps on the
1/4-mile in under 14 seconds and even with the short straightaway's still
can get up to speeds of up to 75 mph. Limited Late Models are built off the same platform as Super Late Models. These cars are built from the ground up for racing purposes only. “Limited “refers to the amount of money car builders are allowed to invest in these cars. From limits on engines to shocks these cars are designed to be the affordable version of the Super Late Models. These cars run weekly with the Super Late Models utilizing a weight break as well as a left side weight rule variance to make them very competitive

Street Stocks
The speedway’s intermediate
class features race cars built from street cars. Based off of a
chassis of 108 inches or more, these cars are the modern version of the
bomber cars. Featuring many stock components, with minor
modifications made for racing, these cars offer terrific
door-to-door racing. |

Mini Mods |

| Mini Stocks This popular entry level class will again provide excitement as well as an affordable racing option for area racers and fans. Don’t let their small size fool you, though, these cars are fast, getting around the speedway in less than 17 seconds. Mini Stock rules
